    The Diving is not the best in Puerto Vallarta but it is better than nothing. The best place to dive in Puerto Vallarta is marietta islands the second best place is Los Arcos.

    I am not agree with you. There are some very great spots. Vis is very variable depending on time of year storms etc. Best diving is out of main bay.
